PROFILE 

 

Ms. Diana Sitoianu works exclusively in the field of criminal and penal law. She represents clients before municipal courts, the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court and the Court of appeal of Quebec.

Since her admission to the Quebec bar, she has been involved in a variety of files in relation with driving offences, firearm offences, crimes against the person (including sexual assault), and white-collar crimes.

She was a member of the Board of directors of Communitas, a charitable organization dedicated to the reintegration and rehabilitation of ex-offenders, and is involved with the McGill Innocence Project and Innocence Canada.
